The Rogachev District Court found that Yulia posted messages and videos on her publicly accessible page on the social network Instagram that “contained insults to the president.”

02.12.2023 released after serving the full sentence imposed by the court.

In January, during the pre-election raids, Yulia Kostyuchenko was detained again and on January 22, she was tried under Part 2 of Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses for allegedly distributing “extremist materials.” On February 5, a second trial of Yulia Kostyuchenko took place under Part 2 of Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. Most likely, Yulia was held in custody all this time and her administrative arrest was simply extended, first for 15 days, and then extended again on February 5. In total, Yulia spent 90 days in the temporary detention facility, after which she was transferred to Pretrial Detention Center No. 3.

On April 3, 2025, the KGB of Belarus recognized the page on the social network X with the name "what's going on" as an "extremist formation". At the same time, the punishers named Yulia Viktorovna Kostyuchenko, born August 5, 1995, as involved in this "formation".

1 year of imprisonment in colony under general regime conditions.
Appeal 19.05.2023

Victoria, the administrator of the channel “Drivers 97%”, was detained on November 4, 2020 in Minsk by GUBOPiK officers and convicted of “calls for mass riots and blocking roads in connection with dissatisfaction with the authorities and election fraud.”

In 2022 and 2023, the court increased her prison term twice, accusing her of "malicious disobedience to the demands of the administration of the correctional institution." Victoria was repeatedly subjected to pressure in the colony and was recognized as a "malicious violator."

According to the schedule on the Supreme Court website, Victoria's case will be heard on October 28, 2024, in the Rechitsa District Court. The woman is accused for the third time under Part 1 of Article 411 of the Criminal Code.

On December 18, 2024, the appeal was heard in the Gomel Regional Court.

As of the end of December 2024, she was transferred to Penal Colony No. 24.

Polina Sharendo-Panasyuk reported that Elena Gnauk and Victoria Kulsha were placed in a PKT: "After several weeks in a punishment cell, they were transferred to a PKT. It is 99% that they will again fabricate Article 411 against them."

Polina also added: "Victoria Kulsha's kidneys have probably already failed. She went on hunger strikes for months, she refused water and drink. She cut her veins. They threw her in the punishment cell with this - she cut her veins in the punishment cell. She went on hunger strikes in the punishment cell. She refused medical help."

Victoria was supposed to be released in April 2025 after her term expired. But in early April, she was transferred to Gomel's SIZO-3 as part of the fourth criminal case under Part 1 of Article 411 of the Criminal Code (malicious disobedience to the legal demands of the colony administration).

In 2021, Sergei was convicted twice for insulting government officials.

He received his first sentence in April for a comment on a Telegram channel about a policeman from Nesvizh. He was sentenced to restriction of freedom without being sent to an institution and ordered to pay compensation.

The second sentence was handed down in July - for a new comment on social networks, sentencing to restriction of freedom with referral to an open-type correctional facility.

In September, the Gomel Regional Court rejected the appeal. A more severe punishment replaced the previous one — "household chemistry" became common. Despite remorse, compensation, health condition, care for elderly parents and a positive character reference, the court did not mitigate the sentence.

He was released in March 2023, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.

Trial outcome 23.04.2021
1 year 6 months restrictions of freedom without referral to an open-type correctional facility, 500 rubles of compensation.
Trial outcome 02.07.2021

Appeal 01.09.2021
the sentence was upheld.
Final verdict by partial addition:
1 year 6 months restrictions of freedom with referral to an open-type correctional facility, 500 rubles of compensation.
