Inna Anatolyevna Kunnikova (Brukhanda) is an employee of law enforcement agencies involved in politically motivated repressions, during which thousands of peaceful protesters, several hundred journalists, human rights defenders, and activists were detained and subjected to violence. Kunnikova serves as a public prosecutor in politically motivated cases. She acted as the public prosecutor in the case of Pyotr Anisimovich, accused of insulting a government official under Article 369 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus for an online comment. Kunnikova requested a sentence of two years of restricted freedom for the man, sent to an open facility, which is what he was sentenced to, as well as a fine of 1,000 rubles for the victim's moral suffering.
