He is an investigative journalist, editor of the Belarusian portal «Ezhednevnik»‎ (ej.by ).

Was detained on December 8, 2021. Earlier, Sergei had already been detained in the period from March 25 to April 4, 2020.

Some human rights organizations regarded the repression as evidence of a political motive in the persecution of a journalist aimed at forcing him to stop or change the nature of his activities to disseminate information about corruption.

The reason for the prosecution of the journalist, according to Satsuk's colleagues, were high-profile investigations, primarily concerning large-scale corruption in the medical field. Based on the facts obtained, he told about unprecedented «kickbacks»‎ for the supply of expensive equipment; about the purchase of an unregistered vaccine, which was actually tested on Belarusian children; about falsification of data on the spread of COVID-19 in Belarus. And all this with the approval of the control department — the Ministry of Health.

He was detained on November 24, 2021. A message appeared on the telegram channel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus that Vitaly allegedly took an active part in mass riots in the area of the hopping center «Riga» in August 2020.

He was detained on November 9, 2021 on suspicion of a criminal case of group actions grossly violating public order.

He was also accused of receiving telescopic batons, stun guns and other means from abroad.

Sergei was detained in August 2021 as part of a criminal case initiated under the article “act of terrorism”.

According to the indictment, from July 2020 to January 2022, "an organized criminal group operated in Belarus, Turkey, Poland, Ukraine and other countries with the goal of committing extremist crimes. The group included radical individuals, including former and current military personnel, law enforcement officers, athletes and businessmen, who sought to seize power illegally." The case involves charges of attempted arson of the home of MP Oleg Gaidukevich in June 2021 and "organizing mass riots."

Sergei was convicted under several criminal articles to a long term of imprisonment and a fine, and he was also stripped of his military rank.

Alexey, a former military man, communications specialist and director of a company that installs and repairs electric garage doors and barriers, was arrested in September 2021 in a criminal case related to the "Busly Lyatsyats" initiative. Some of the charges involved damaging the car of a Borisov district judge. As a result, he was sentenced to a long prison term and a fine.

Alexey has three children, one of whom is a minor.

According to the materials of the case, Igor, using a laptop, sent several e-mails to the e-mail box of the official Internet portal of the President of the Republic of Belarus, where he expressed threats of violence against the President. He also sent an e-mail, available for viewing to third parties, including employees of the presidential administration of the Republic of Belarus, in the text of which he expressed insults against government officials in connection with the performance of their official duties - employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Belarus Ivan Kubrakov and Dmitry Balaba. The man also sent a similar message with threats of violence, destruction and damage to property to employees of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus. Igor also participated in protests during the post-election protests in Minsk in 2020.

According to the conclusion of the medical examination, during the period of committing the crimes, Karpitsky suffered from a mental illness, but he could realize the actual nature and social danger of his acts and manage them. He does not need compulsory security measures and treatment. Has a minor child.

Vileika activist. Since August 9, 2021, he was held for “24 hours” in the Smolevich and Vileika isolation wards. On 10/20/2021 it became known that he was placed in a temporary detention center in Akrestsin and a criminal case was opened against him.

On July 18, 2023, he was released after fully serving the sentence imposed by the court.

On February 15, 2024, the activist stopped communicating. Later it became known that Kudik is in a local temporary detention center, where he is serving 15 days of administrative arrest. But he was not released after the end of his sentence; he was detained as part of a criminal case.

On November 9, 2022, the Gomel Regional Court began hearing the "Rabochag Rukh case," in which ten political prisoners are defendants. On the second day of the trial, all defendants pleaded not guilty to treason and the creation of an extremist group . Andrei Pogerilo pleaded only to the charge of slander. All defendants in the "Rabochag Rukh case" refused to testify. On December 27, the trial was closed pending a verdict, although it had previously been open to the public.

In the fall of 2024, a trial was held for the political prisoner to change his detention regime to a prison one .

Former legal adviser of OJSC Naftan, plant Polymir. He was detained on the territory of the Russian Federation without legal grounds. No one explained the reasons for the detentions, and Alexander was urgently handed over to the KGB of Belarus, who secretly took him to Minsk from the Russia/Ukraine border crossing "Troebortnoe". In the first days after his arrest, his leg was broken and his arm was injured.

On April 10, 2024, a trial was held in Bobruisk in the case of replacing the detention regime for a political prisoner. By decision of judge Pavel Kartinin, Alexander was transferred to prison regime.

Valentyn, a member of the Viasna Council and Vice President of the International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH), is one of the most renowned human rights experts and analysts. He actively advocates for non-discrimination and against the death penalty, and has participated in international conferences, human rights missions, and election observation missions in OSCE countries.

On July 14, 2021, following a search of his apartment, he was taken away for questioning and then remanded in custody as part of a criminal case under the articles "tax evasion" and "organizing actions that grossly violate public order."

In September 2022, the tax evasion case was dropped, but new charges were brought against Valentin: smuggling and financing group activities that grossly violate public order.

On October 27, 2022, during the 41st Congress of the International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH), Valentin Stefanovic was re-elected as Vice-President of the organization.

In March 2023, he was convicted and sentenced to imprisonment and ordered to pay substantial compensation. Valentin pleaded not guilty in court.

According to available information, the conditions of detention were tightened and he was transferred to prison regime.

Anton, a volunteer for the Country for Life foundation and the Angel search squad, was detained on July 9, 2021, as part of a "KGB operation to purge radicals" and placed in pretrial detention on charges of financing the activities of an extremist group.

In October 2022, he was charged with "conspiracy to seize state power through unconstitutional means," and in November of that year, Anton was sentenced to imprisonment in a maximum-security penal colony.

Sergei, an assistant to the head of a Minsk organization, was arrested in September 2020 at his home for participating in a protest against presidential election fraud and violence against civilians that took place in Minsk on August 11, 2020. He was convicted of "participating in mass riots" and also on drug-related charges.

On September 7, 2020, he was detained at his residence. According to the medical examination report, at the time of his arrest, he was in a state caused by the use of psychotropic substances; mephedrone was detected in his system. During a search of his apartment, law enforcement officers found a powdered substance. Investigators later concluded that Sikorsky also sold the same substance to a 46-year-old resident of Mogilev.

During the closing arguments, the state prosecutor requested the court to award Sikorsky:

• Under Part 1 of Article 328 of the Criminal Code – 2 years of imprisonment;
• Under Part 3 of Article 328 of the Criminal Code – 7 years' imprisonment and a fine of 300 basic units. By combining the penalties under the two parts of Article 328, the total sentence is 7 years' imprisonment;
• Under Part 2 of Article 293 of the Criminal Code – 5 years of imprisonment.

The final sentence is 9 years of imprisonment in a high-security penal colony and a fine of 300 basic units.

Alexander was detained in a criminal case opened after a protest that took place in Pinsk on the night of August 9-10, 2020 against falsifications in the presidential elections. He was convicted of participating in "mass riots."
