Dmitry Rudolfovich Shinvize

He greeted new arrivals with the words: "You have ended up in the 'reddest' colony in the world." He is known for his cruelty and strict control of the regime, personally conducting inspections and punishing for the slightest violations, accompanying this with abuse and bullying. He gave propaganda lectures to political prisoners. In 2023, he introduced new restrictions on the mailing of books and medical supplies. At the beginning of 2024, he resigned and went to Germany under the repatriation program for descendants of German colonists (Spätaussiedler). According to BELPOL, he lives under the name Dimitri Schönwiese in Schwerin. At least 50 political prisoners remain in Colony No. 2. The German authorities have been notified of his involvement in the repressions.

Ivan Muravyov is 43 years old. At one time, he was at the origins of the STV TV channel, but for the last ten years he has been engaged in managing the famous hookah bar «Kaliannaya No. 1» on Karl Marx Street.
Detained the Investigative Committee in a hookah bar. Muravyov did not participate in the protests of 2020 (but he had an administrative arrest. He turned out to be a random victim who was dragged out of the car by law enforcement officers during the protests).

He was detained after accidentally hitting his head on a low-hanging state flag while entering a Kobrin store. Out of emotion, the 23-year-old guy tore off the canvas and threw it to the ground.
It is known that the prosecutor asked for 1 year and 6 months in prison for tearing down the state flag. The guy had an unserved sentence from a previous conviction (a year and a half of home chemicals), and the state prosecution requested a total of 2 years in prison.
