A former employee of the Central District Department of Internal Affairs of Gomel; as of 2025, he was a captain in the 8th Directorate of the Main Directorate for Combating Organized Crime and Corruption in the Gomel Region. He is implicated in systematic violations of the rights and freedoms of Belarusian citizens and is an accomplice to politically motivated repression.
