Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Alla Nikolaevna Gatikh supports the Lukashenko regime and politically motivated repressions. She issued a guilty verdict against Valentin Terenevich, convicted under Article 361-1 of the Criminal Code and Article 356 of the Criminal Code for participating in the creation of the "Rabochy Rukh" initiative, which unites working people of Belarus with the aim of protecting their civil and labor rights and interests. Gatikh sentenced the man to 12 years of imprisonment in a general regime prison.
