Andrey Vladimirovich Bychilo
Andrei Vladimirovich Bychilo is a judge involved in politically motivated repressions in the Republic of Belarus. In his position, he considers administrative and criminal cases. En masse issues decisions on administrative offenses against citizens who do not support the current regime in the Republic of Belarus. As a result of his decisions, fines were issued for a total of no less than 8,530 rubles and administrative arrests for a total of no less than 115 days. He is also known for massively prosecuting participants in “non-parasite” actions (one of the alleged participants was later refused to initiate a case against a false witness-policeman). On February 28, 2023, Bychilo sentenced Nikolai Klimovich, who has a disability and suffered a stroke in May 2022, to 1 year in prison for liking a caricature of A. Lukashenko; on March 21, 2023, Nikolai was transferred to a colony. He died 2 weeks later. Thus, Andrei Vladimirovich Bychilo takes an active part in political repression in the Republic of Belarus, making politically motivated decisions to please the authorities without taking into account the interests of ordinary citizens. His work within the judiciary is focused on maintaining the position of the existing government, rather than on enforcing the law.

List of repressed
According to the prosecution, on December 31, 2022, Vladimir posted a negative, obscene comment in a closed public chat on the social network VKontakte under a graphic image of Lukashenko. The content of the comment is unknown to human rights activists.
At the court hearing, he fully admitted his guilt and refused to testify. Until the trial, he was under a travel restriction. He was also known to have been repeatedly charged with administrative offences for "disseminating extremist materials."
According to human rights activists, he was released in the summer of 2025, having fully served his sentence.
Before the trial, Vyacheslav was at large, he was detained for three days from September 9 to 12, 2022. He was found guilty of leaving a comment about Lukashenko on the social network VKontakte under his photo on March 1, 2021, the comment consisted of one word: "idiot".
Vyacheslav Ovchuk admitted his guilt. He said that he was outraged by Lukashenko's statement that people who receive salaries in envelopes should be punished. According to the accused, those who issue them should be punished.
According to human rights activists, he was released in mid-January 2025.
