Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Shaposhnikova Lyudmila Igorevna supports the Lukashenko regime and politically motivated repressions. She considered appeals against decisions of lower courts on politically motivated cases as the chairperson of the commission, but left the sentences in force. She left unchanged the sentences against ten political prisoners convicted under Articles 293, 218 and 295 of the Criminal Code for publications in Telegram chats. They were sentenced to 5 to 9 years of imprisonment in a penal colony under enhanced security conditions.
