Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Kapitonova Natalia is an employee of law enforcement agencies involved in politically motivated repressions. She acted as a state prosecutor in the case of Mikhail Mikolovich Lapenas, accused under Articles 342, 38 and 369 of the Criminal Code. According to the charges, the man in a Telegram chat called for participation in protests, and also called for the creation of a strike committee. Lapenas was sentenced to three years of imprisonment in a general regime colony.
