Natalya Kedrovskaya, during a remote reception arranged by the chairman of the district executive committee, told the official that she had not been able to inherit her share of her parents’ house for several years and expressed the opinion that this was her problem, which was not being solved, including because of the position of the chairman of the Ulukovsky village council, who , according to Kedrovskaya, sided with her sister, with whom she had a conflict over this house. In an excited emotional state, the woman said: “What a bastard you have to be to behave like that.” It turned out that during this conversation between Kedrovskaya and the chairman of the district executive committee, Zhanna Biznya was also present, who later wrote a statement to the police about the insult. In the statement, she indicated that the words addressed to her humiliated her honor and dignity and were expressed in an indecent form.
