Senior District Inspector of the Leninsky District Police Department in Grodno. Senior Police Lieutenant. Sergei Tikhanovsky's "victim" in the well-known provocation. Kozlovsky's poor performance didn't prevent the world's most unfair trial from sentencing Tikhanovsky to 18 years in prison. In 2017, he attempted to fabricate a case for "internet picketing" and participated in disrupting a lecture by anarchist Pyotr Ryabov.
