An accomplice in crimes against the rights and freedoms of the citizens of Belarus. Ruslan Aliaksandravich Nikalayenka is an officer of the security agencies involved in politically motivated repression. He is responsible for the criminal inaction of the Investigative Committee and for refusing to open criminal cases against security officers guilty of violence, damage to property and the killing of peaceful citizens. He is involved in the persecution of citizens who expressed disagreement with Lukashenka’s regime and opposed the rigging of the 2020 presidential election in the Republic of Belarus.
