She was detained for hanging a white-red-white flag and the flag of Ukraine in a 19-storey building on Lesya Ukrainka Street.

On September 19, 2023, an appeal hearing was held. The verdict came into force.
According to the charge, she left offensive comments and made threats against 50 officials: judges, prosecutors, employees of internal affairs bodies, state security, investigative bodies, members of precinct election commissions.
It is known that the prosecutor asked for two years of imprisonment for the 54 year old woman, but judge Dmitry Korsyuk imposed a harsher punishment - three years in a penal colony.

According to human rights activists, she was released upon expiration of her sentence.
74 year old Natalia was accused and found guilty of slander and insulting A.G. Lukashenko, as well as insulting an public officer on duty. Details of the criminal process are unknown. The court was closed.
It is only known that before the verdict of the court, the woman was on recognizance. Natalia Taran was taken into custody right in the courtroom.

According to the case materials , in January 2021, Gavrilov purchased and provided two acquaintances, Tatyana and Oleg Birulya, with aerosol cans of paint. After which, from January to February 2021, the latter applied inscriptions and drawings to various infrastructure objects in Soligorsk, "causing them to become damaged." They also applied an inscription to the wall of one of the houses regarding Lukashenko, "in which they accused him of a particularly serious crime, that is, they committed slander."
Then, from August to December 2021, the accused distributed leaflets and other printed materials in Soligorsk . The content of these leaflets was allegedly aimed at inciting social hatred and discord on the basis of a different social affiliation.
At the end of winter 2024, it became known that Tatyana was being transferred to a prison in Zhodino.
Oksana was sentenced to 2.5 years of restriction of freedom and was sent to an open correctional facility. On December 17, 2021, the appeal was considered.
In 2022 , the punishment was tightened and Oksana was sent to a colony.
According to human rights activists, she was released after fully serving the sentence imposed by the court.

On October 30, Irina was detained at the Minsk airport when she and her husband were returning from vacation. On November 1, Pervomaisky District Judge Maxim Trusevich sentenced them both to 15 days of arrest for allegedly storing materials on Facebook that were deemed "extremist." On November 15, journalist Irina Slavnikova was sentenced to another 15 days of arrest for the second time in a row.
