Since August 2020, Vasily Vasilyevich Molchan has participated in the violent suppression of peaceful protests, harsh arrests, and violence against detainees on the premises of the Sovietsky District Police Department in Minsk.
On September 2, 2020, together with Sergei Kuchuk, an officer of the Sovietsky District Police Department, he detained a young man near the Riga Shopping Center, using unjustified force.
On December 6, 2020, he directed violence against detained protest participants.
He also participated in court hearings of those detained, testifying as a victim.

Victoria was found guilty three times in a criminal case brought under the article "insulting a government official."

She was first convicted in March 2021 for a comment under a post about Vasily Molchan and Igor Kachuk, police officers from the Sovietsky District Administration of Minsk, which the court deemed degrading.

She was later convicted again for a comment on Telegram addressed to Vadim Yakimchik, a senior detective in the criminal investigation department. For both counts, Victoria was given a suspended sentence without being sent to an open correctional facility.

In December 2021, she was convicted again on a third count. The details of the case are unknown. It is only known that the state prosecution had requested a sentence of restricted freedom and placement in an open correctional facility, while at that time, Victoria had approximately six months left to serve her sentence of house arrest.
