Convicted 63-year-old pensioner Vanda Archipenko, individual entrepreneur Elena Medvedeva and librarian Svetlana Gritsenko for participating in a peaceful march against election fraud on September 13, 2020. Vanda Arkhipenko said that she was just walking and did nothing else, to which Osipenko replied: “Even just to walk, you need permission.” Wanda’s son, Andrei Arkhipenko, is a well-known activist in Bobruisk, who two years ago raised money, and last year achieved the installation of a monument to the writer Ales Adamovich in the Bobruisk district. As a result, Wanda was found guilty under Article 23.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus and was sentenced to a fine of 20 basic units. Elena Medvedeva and Svetlana Gritsenko were also found guilty under Article 23.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus and were sentenced to a fine of 20 basic units and 30 basic units, respectively. Participated in mobile court hearings.
