Deputy Prosecutor of the Smorgon District. Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of Belarusian citizens. Aleksei Sergeyevich Bondarchuk is an employee of state agencies involved in politically motivated repressions, which included the detention and violence against thousands of peaceful demonstrators, several hundred journalists, human rights defenders, and activists. He personally sanctioned the illegal detentions of Smorgon activists and participants in peaceful protests. He initiated criminal cases "for desecration of state symbols." Bondarchuk violated the law and used his position to persecute and suppress citizens' political expression.
