Deputy Head of the Law Enforcement Department of the Frunzensky District Police Department in Minsk. Police Captain.
He took an active part in the violent suppression of protests against the Lukashenko regime in August 2020.
On the night of August 11-12, this individual's presence was recorded at the Frunzensky District Police Department, confirmed by mobile phone data and witness testimony. He was reportedly beating detainees. Witnesses say he kicked people in the head and jaw, pinned their heads to the floor, and attempted to stand on them.
He was involved in the beating of Tatyana Batura, but in court, he claims she hit her head on a wall in the police department building. The women were detained on the eve of Olga Zolotareva's trial. Following these events, she was sentenced to 15 days of administrative arrest.
He participated in the arrest of Nikolai Dziadok.
These actions not only violate Belarusian laws but also contravene international norms and standards protecting human rights. Torture and ill-treatment are prohibited by the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman, or Degrading Treatment or Punishment, which Belarus has ratified.
The consequences of such activities are undoubtedly negative for society. They foster an atmosphere of fear and mistrust in law enforcement, undermine citizens' faith in justice and the rule of law, and contribute to the escalation of social tensions.

Tatyana was detained on November 15, 2021, in the Minsk City Court building while attempting to attend the first trial of political prisoner Olga Zolotareva. She is known to have suffered abuse. Tatyana was sentenced to 15 days of administrative arrest three times in a row (a total of 45 days as of December 30, 2021).
The day before Tatyana's release, her father died, but she wasn't even allowed to attend the funeral. On December 31, a judge in the Frunzensky District ordered her release and postponed the hearing until January 3, 2022. From the police station, Tatyana went straight to her father's funeral.
On January 3, 2022, Tatyana was already safely outside of Belarus, while the court sentenced her to another 15 days in absentia.
