He handed down guilty verdicts in politically motivated cases, where he imposed punishment in the form of administrative arrest for a total period of at least 32 days. He found a civilian guilty under Article 369 of the Criminal Code and sentenced him to one year and six months of restriction of freedom without sending him to a correctional facility, and also ordered him to pay 1,500 rubles in compensation for moral damages for insulting a policeman.
