From January to February 2021, the two men then painted graffiti and drawings on various infrastructure in Soligorsk, "causing them to become damaged." They also painted a graffiti against Lukashenko on the wall of a building, "accusing him of a particularly serious crime, that is, committing slander."
From August to December 2021, the accused then distributed leaflets and other printed materials throughout Soligorsk . The content of these leaflets was allegedly aimed at inciting social hatred and discord based on differences in social affiliation.
At the end of winter 2024, it became known that a new criminal case had been opened against Oleg and his wife.
On December 13, 2025, he was released after another visit to Minsk by US President Donald Trump's special representative, Keith Kellogg, and taken to Ukraine.
