The man also sent a similar message with threats of violence, destruction and damage to property to employees of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus. Igor also participated in protests during the post-election protests in Minsk in 2020.
According to the conclusion of the medical examination, during the period of committing the crimes, Karpitsky suffered from a mental illness, but he could realize the actual nature and social danger of his acts and manage them.
