Bogdanovich sentenced the man to one year and three months in prison. On December 7, 2021, he issued a guilty verdict against Dmitry Gurtovoy under Article 370 of the Criminal Code and sentenced him to 2 months of arrest for removing the red and green flag from the building of the district executive committee.

The man was accused of leaving a comment in Belarusian in the corporate chat of one of the social networks of a large freight transportation company, in which he explained that: “our flag is white-red-white”; and called today’s: “sunrise over a swamp.”
Pavel wrote the comment while he was in Western Europe on a flight after which he returned to Belarus.
Pavel Dubov from Minsk, married, has a child under three. The man filed an appeal against the sentence to the regional court.

Maxim was accused of insulting the deputy commander of the internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus, Khazalbek Atabekov.
On February 17, the man left a comment on the Telegram channel "Punishermen of Belarus": "A rare asshole, I know him personally, fate turned out in such a way that I had to meet him when he was the brigade commander of 3214...".
According to the expert's conclusion, the comment contains "a negative assessment of Kh. B. Atabekov, which has an obscene form of linguistic expression."

Romuald, a private entrepreneur and former owner and editor-in-chief of Novaya Gazeta, was convicted of posting in comments on VKontakte a photograph with stickers containing the personal data of seven police officers involved in illegal detentions and perjury in court.
He was released in May 2023 under an amnesty. However, both before and after his trial, Romuald was persecuted - he was repeatedly tried under administrative articles such as "organizing and holding unauthorized mass events" and "distributing extremist materials."
Vladimir was convicted for comments left on a Telegram channel about Lukashenko and former Minister of Internal Affairs Yuri Karayev.
