Elena Leonidovna Drozdova
Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Drozdova Elena Leonidovna is an employee of law enforcement agencies involved in politically motivated repressions.
She was biased towards women in Penal Colony No. 4, humiliated them, exerted psychological pressure on political prisoners, and threatened to send them to a punishment cell.
She refused to allow political prisoners to meet with lawyers, and if lawyers insisted, she gave orders to impose penalties on convicts, as a result of which they were sent to a punishment cell.
On her instructions, junior employees found excuses to refuse political prisoners short-term visits, explaining this by sanitary cleaning or the presence of a queue.

Rita, a third-year psychology student at the F. Skorina State University, was arrested on December 28, 2021, on charges of "inciting hatred" for distributing leaflets whose content, according to investigators, degraded riot police. A criminal case was later opened against Rita for "desecration of buildings and damage to property" and "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order."
In March 2022, she was found guilty and sentenced to imprisonment in a penal colony.
She was released in October 2023, having fully served her sentence.
