Kozel Natalia Grigorievna is involved in politically motivated repressions in the Republic of Belarus. In December 2021, she sentenced the head of the Ikvadart studio, political prisoner Gleb Koypish, to two years of restriction of freedom and sent to an open institution. Thus, Natalia Grigorievna Kozel is responsible for human rights violations and undermining the principles of the rule of law, as well as for promoting repression against representatives of civil society and the democratic opposition. Her work within the judiciary is focused on maintaining the position of the existing government, rather than on enforcing the law.

Andrei was found guilty of posting on Facebook that allegedly degraded Lukashenko's honor and dignity. A forensic examination found that the post contained "phrases including nicknames" for Lukashenko.

Sergei and his wife were detained in November 2023. Before the trial, Sergei was in custody, and Tatyana was under recognizance, since the family had two minor children.

According to the prosecution , in August 2020, Sergei and Tatyana took part in an unauthorized mass event, together with the protesters they marched through public places in the city, the central square, and Zhilibert Park. At the same time, they showed a pre-made poster measuring approximately 2.5 x 3 meters, on which a text containing slanderous information against the president was written in black and red colors, thereby deliberately spreading slanderous information against him in connection with his execution powers of the head of state.

The accused Sergei Chizh fully admitted his guilt at the court hearing. He explained that the poster was heavy, and it was soon rolled up, and after the procession, Sergei burned it.

Tatyana Chizh did not admit guilt to the charges, explaining that she was depressed due to the serious illness of her mother, who is disabled.

Pro-government Telegram channels reported that Vyacheslav was detained in late July 2023 in Grodno while returning to Belarus from abroad, and that he allegedly left around a thousand comments in "extremist" chats and channels. Vyacheslav is a married resident of Minsk and a paintball enthusiast. According to these channels, security forces were able to identify him because he signed his Telegram account with his real name. The indictment states that he posted comments on the "Real Belarus" channel, and an expert examination concluded that the text contained negative and obscene statements directed at Lukashenko and Putin.

Rock musician, leader of the punk band Mister X and activist. He was arrested in October 2020 for performing a performance in the form of a barefoot dance in front of a police car and charged with hooliganism.
