Maria Adamovna Byalt
Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Byalt Maria Adamovna is an employee of state bodies involved in politically motivated repressions. Responsible for the criminal inaction of the prosecutor's office and the refusal to initiate criminal cases against law enforcement officers guilty of using violence, damaging property and killing civilians. Involved in the persecution of citizens who expressed disagreement with the Lukashenko regime and spoke out against the falsification of the presidential elections in the Republic of Belarus in 2020. Acted as a state prosecutor in politically motivated trials against Burin Vladislav, Kozhemyakin Stanislav, Korzun Mikhail, Krasko Denis, Kumirov Alexander, Lagodich Dmitry, Lyantsevich Alesya, who received imprisonment as a punishment for participating in protests or commenting on the Internet.

On December 20, 2024, Pavel was convicted under the administrative offense of "Distribution, Production, Storage, and Transportation of Information Products Containing Calls for Extremist Activity or Promoting Such Activity." Subsequently, a criminal case was opened against him for sending data on the movement of equipment in Russia during a business trip to the "Charter-97" chatbot in 2022. In 2025, he was convicted of "Assistance to Extremist Activity."

At the trial , Alesya Lyantsevich agreed that it was she who made the donations, but rejected the “extremist” motives and insults attributed to her by the prosecution. At the same time, the statute of limitations on this article has long expired.
At the court hearing on September 21, the state prosecution requested that Lentsevich be imprisoned for a term of four years.

Vladislav was arrested in February 2021 and convicted under the article on "inciting hatred and discord". According to the charges, from September 20 to 27, 2020, in the Telegram chat of the Punishers group, he posted 13 messages in which he "spoken negatively" and "called for illegal actions" against police officers, military personnel, civil servants and their family members.
According to human rights activists, he was released in December 2024, having fully served his sentence imposed by the court.
Alexander was convicted for a comment left on August 13, 2020. According to the prosecution, he posted an "offensive comment" on the page of a user with the nickname "Vera Konovalova." The post claimed that Drogichin police officer Yuri Chernyshkov "beat a girl with his hands and feet on the square in front of people" on August 10, 2020. Alexander left a comment under this post that began with the words "dealt with him" and contained an expletive. The text of the comment was not read out in full at the trial.
