Andrei Leonidovich Leshchenko is an employee of the judicial system of the Republic of Belarus, supporting the Lukashenko regime and politically motivated repressions in Belarus.

On February 10, 2023, he sentenced Dmitry Stepanov, accusing him of creating an extremist group or participating in it under Part 1 of Article 361-1 of the Criminal Code, sentencing him with a punishment of four years of restriction of freedom in a general regime.

Gennady was placed in a pretrial detention center long before the trial and has been in custody since late April 2024. The media wrote about the man in 2021, since he had an image of a white-red-white flag on his balcony at home, and then the Pogon coat of arms (and because of this, the security forces paid attention to the man).
The man has two minor children waiting for him at home.
According to human rights activists, he will be released in February 2025.

An entrepreneur from Baranovichi. He was arrested on August 31, 2023, initially for reposting a Belsat article from the "STOP LUKA" group about Freedom Day on Odnoklassniki, which he had made back in 2017. For this, he was sentenced to 15 days of administrative arrest.
Fifteen days later, the businessman was again arrested on criminal charges. He is accused of "calling for sanctions." The details of the case are unknown. His trial began on April 8, 2024, in the Brest Regional Court.
His wife and minor daughter are waiting for him at liberty.
On June 11, 2024, an appeal hearing was held and the verdict came into force.
He was released in the fall of 2025.

In 2020, when Artem participated in the meeting, he was 16 or 17 years old. He was found guilty under Article 342 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus for participating in protests in Brest on the night of August 10-11, 2020.
