According to the case materials, on March 5, 2021, Elena left an offensive comment under an article about Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Gennady Kazakevich using the Internet in the Telegram channel "Typical Belarus". She was sentenced to restriction of freedom without direction.

Andrei was detained on the night of February 26-27, 2021, in Zaslavl for hanging leaflets with caricatures of Lukashenko. After his detention, he spent three days in the Minsk District Temporary Detention Center and was then placed under house arrest. In June 2021, he was taken into custody right in the courtroom after the verdict was announced.
He was released in April 2022, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.
Svyatoslav, an anesthesiologist-resuscitator, was arrested in April 2021 for placing a sign at a bus stop that read "Freedom for Belarusians, basement for rats." He was initially sentenced to administrative arrest, but after serving his sentence, he was arrested again in a criminal case. He was accused of setting fire to four Tabakerka kiosks and convicted of hooliganism.
According to human rights activists, he was released in April 2023, having fully served his sentence.

Sergei was detained in December 2020 and convicted of writing "OMON are murderers", "3%" and "Kubrakov is a fascist", the damage amounted to 8 rubles 23 kopecks.
He was released in September 2023, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.

3 years of imprisonment in colony under general regime conditions, approximately 8 rubles of compensation.
Viktor, a member of the initiative group of presidential candidate Viktor Babariko, an independent observer at the 2020 elections at the Khatezhino polling station and a volunteer, was detained on December 6, 2020. He was convicted of hanging effigies with photographs of the Minister of Internal Affairs and the chairman of the Khatezhino election commission on the bridge with the inscription "We will not forget, we will not forgive!", as well as for applying images of the Belarusian coat of arms "Pahonia" to the structures and supports of the bridge.
He was released in September 2024, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.
