A former employee of the Belarusian Ministry of Internal Affairs' Department of Investigative Activities. During the investigation, Alexander was brutally beaten in an attempt to extract a confession.
Alexander has heart problems and often spends time in the hospital undergoing examinations.
Once the sentence takes effect, you can only write letters to the prisoner. Under Art. 85 of the Penal Code of Belarus, convicts cannot receive money transfers from anyone other than close relatives.
