However, in the evening of the same day, Andrei was again detained under Article 369 for insulting Karpenkov, Kachanova, and others. Okushko was found guilty and, as a result of adding up the terms of the previous sentence, was sentenced to 2 years and 6 months in a general regime penal colony .
According to human rights activists, he will be released in the winter of 2024 , having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.
As a result of the addition of terms, the final sentence is 2,5 years of imprisonment.
