Eugene Sergeevich Hitrik

A citizen of the Czech Republic. He has resided permanently in the Czech Republic since 2006.

He was allegedly arrested for making donations to the Kalinovsky Regiment.

Galina Ustyugova headed the land management department of the Beshenkovichi District Executive Committee for many years and was awarded a Certificate of Honor. She also served as a member of the 28th (previous) Beshenkovichi District Council representing the Sinitsky District and served on the committee on agro-industrial complex and ecology.

In recent years, she worked as a survey specialist in the district statistics department. The last public mention of her was found in August 2025.

Ustyugova's public profile on VKontakte indicates that she is Catholic. On her page, she occasionally shared broadcasts of Catholic services and church news.

Sergei was convicted in September 2025 of "insulting Lukashenko" (Part 1, Article 368 of the Criminal Code) and sentenced to one year and six months in prison. Before his trial, the pensioner was held in Pretrial Detention Center No. 3 in Gomel for almost six months. He was later transferred to Correctional Colony No. 20 in Mozyr.

At the beginning of 2026, a new criminal case was opened against Sergei Ivanovich and he was transferred to Pre-trial Detention Center No. 1, and later to Pre-trial Detention Center No. 3.

In August 2026, he was convicted a second time. He was charged with "inciting hatred and discord" (Part 1 of Article 130 of the Criminal Code) and "treason" (Article 356 of the Criminal Code). The trial was closed. Ultimately, Sergei Ivanovich was sentenced to ten years in prison.

A citizen of Belarus and Lithuania, he lived in Switzerland. He has a disability. Evgeny has only one kidney, which he received from a relative. He requires constant medication.

A psychologist from the Postavy district. He was detained for his comments; details of the persecution are unknown.

Most likely, this is Belarusian psychologist and coach Sergei Volodko , founder of the Training Club: he stopped updating social media at the beginning of June.

In 2020–2021, Laevsky defended politician Viktor Babariko and lawyer Maksym Znak.

Following Babariko's sentencing in July 2021, Laevsky was expelled from the Minsk City Bar Association. He wrote at the time that the decision was made "for requesting acquittals."

Even earlier, in 2011-2012, Laevsky represented human rights activist Ales Bialiatski. Following this case, he left the legal profession under pressure for several years.
In 2026, the charges stemmed from interviews he gave to various independent Belarusian media outlets. Dmitry was taken into custody in the courtroom after the verdict was announced.

The Belarusian Association of Human Rights Lawyers has been designated an "extremist organization." The KGB made the corresponding decision on August 21, 2026. According to the agency, Dmitry Laevsky, Maria Kolesova-Gudilina, Vladimir Pylchenko, Tatyana Lishenkova, Natalia Matskevich, and Dmitry Lepretor are involved in the initiative. International legal associations have issued a statement regarding this.

Svyatoslav graduated from flight school in Ukraine, after which he returned to Belarus and completed an internship at Belavia. His father was also a pilot.

He continued to maintain contact with his former classmates. Some of them joined the Ukrainian Armed Forces after the outbreak of full-scale war in Ukraine. It was his correspondence with these people that could have served as grounds for persecution. Shortly before his arrest, the man sent a friend a photograph of the plane on which he had completed his internship, stating that he would be flying it. He was subsequently detained on June 10, 2025.

In 1990, Konstantin graduated from the Faculty of Automated Control Systems at the Minsk Higher Anti-Aircraft Missile Engineering School (MVIZRU PVO, now the Military Academy).

From 1990 to 1993, he served in military unit 06534 in the 219th anti-aircraft missile regiment of the air defense forces, which was located in the village of Pervomayskoye in the Vyborg district of the Leningrad region.

The man then moved into the civilian sector. After his hired work, Konstantin headed the Minsk-based company DneprStal for almost ten years, from 2005 to 2014.

Since May 2018, Kharitonenko has been a co-founder and director of the Polish company Geowine sp. z oo, which is based in Warsaw and imports Georgian wines to Poland.

Miroslav Bondarenko is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at BSU. After graduating, he pursued a career in academia, defending his dissertation on "The Legal Regime of Investments in Human Capital" in early 2026.

In prison, Miroslav developed a severe chronic cough due to allergic reactions and constant colds. He was not even allowed to work at the prison due to his health condition.

Victor received his higher education at the Faculty of Radiophysics at BSU, and later also graduated from the Academy of Management.

He has a long-standing management career behind him: Victor headed a department at the Russian tire holding Amtel, managed the trading house of the Belgospischeprom concern in Russia, worked as the first deputy general director of Norilskgazprom and Taimyrgaz within the Norilsk Nickel structure, and also managed the companies Izobud and Bauservis.

From 2017 to 2021, Gurin headed Composite Structures, an ambitious €220 million project in the Great Stone Industrial Park that was intended to become a major research and production center for polymer composites.

After serving as COO at the furniture holding company Angstrem, Viktor became First Deputy General Director of Belvest in December 2022. There, he oversaw innovative projects such as the digitalization of production, automated leather cutting, and the implementation of robotic systems with machine vision and neural networks.

In 2020 and 2021, Viktor left numerous comments in Telegram groups negatively assessing the actions of law enforcement officers, riot police, and Lukashenko. He was detained in March 2026.

Graduated from the Belarusian State Economic University.

His last known employment was at a company that manufactured and sold facade moldings and performed foam contour cutting. He held the position of manager there.

In 2025, he married former political prisoner Victoria Mirontseva. Dmitry also has a daughter from his first marriage.

At the end of August 2026, Dmitry was arrested. As far as is known , he was charged with a criminal offense. The circumstances of his arrest and the case are unknown.

Yuri Treshchinsky worked as a sound engineer at the Belarusian Television and Radio Company for over twenty years.

After the 2020 presidential elections, Yuri signed a petition against violence by security forces and later left for Poland.

Treshchinsky was arrested on November 15, 2025, immediately after returning to Minsk from abroad. Initially, the former sound engineer was jailed in Okrestina Prison for 15 days on administrative charges, but he was never released.

A criminal case was opened against the man and he was transferred to Minsk Pretrial Detention Center No. 1, and on the eve of the trial he was transferred to Gomel.
