As a witness, a senior duty inspector, testified in court, the woman asked the police to come without stating the reason for the call, and subsequently allegedly insulted Lukashenko. Elena partially admitted her guilt.
Elena Mikhalyuk has a secondary specialized education and is raising a minor child.
