Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of Belarusian citizens. Aleksandr Nikolaevich Kuznetsov is an employee of law enforcement agencies involved in politically motivated repressions. Kuznetsov exerted psychological pressure on political prisoners Ekaterina Bakhvalova, Tatyana Kanevskaya, Anna Vishnyak, and Miya Mitkevich. He staged provocations, invented reasons for unfounded penalties, and ordered the beating of prisoners. According to information from former political prisoner Natalia Khershe, Kuznetsov did not allow a container for personal hygiene in the PKT. Under Kuznetsov's orders, other prisoners spoiled food intended for political prisoners and deprived them of sleep. Political prisoners were forced to work constantly and clean the premises, were doused with water at night, had their belongings damaged, had used hygiene products thrown into their beds, and had needles planted in their bodies. Kuznetsov was also involved in compiling reports of violations against political prisoners on trumped-up grounds, claiming that such people were a burden to this world and forcing them to commit suicide.
