Olga was found guilty in February 2022 of a criminal case opened under the article "desecration of structures and damage to property" for spray-painting inscriptions and white-red-white images on utility poles, trees, benches at public transport stops, and asphalt in the fall of 2020 using red and white spray paint, as well as for pasting sheets of paper with a red stripe on a white background.
All of this, according to the prosecution, was “symbolism used in an illegal protest movement.”
