According to the prosecution, in August 2020, Vadim Petrovsky, "acting jointly and in concert with a group of individuals with other individuals not identified during the investigation, took an active part in the aforementioned group actions, grossly violating public order and involving clear disobedience to the demands of the police officers to stop the above-mentioned actions..."
At the trial, Vadim Petrovsky admitted his guilt.
The verdict revealed that the evidence of the man's guilt was photos and videos from his phones, seized during the search. The phone's memory contained 15 videos and four photos from the protest in August 2020. Also, photographs from the protest were found in the Viber correspondence on Petrovsky’s phone.
Before the trial, Petrovsky was in custody.
