Maxim Sobolev under Part 1 of Art. 342 of the Criminal Code was sentenced to two years of imprisonment. But since Maxim was already convicted under the “narcotic” part 4 of Art. 328 of the Criminal Code, by partial addition of the main punishments and the full addition of an additional punishment, 12 years in prison were sentenced to serve in a correctional colony under a high security regime with a fine of 3,200 rubles.

Yulia Sharanova was sentenced to one and a half years in prison for participating in the August protest. But due to the fact that she was convicted under Part 4 of Art. 328 of the Criminal Code, she was eventually sentenced to 13 years in prison under general regime conditions with a fine of 3,700 rubles.
A special forces detachment burst into Alexey’s home, they knocked the man to the floor and one security officer sat with his knees on Samoiluk’s body (with one knee on Samoiluk’s neck).
The pro-government channel claims that Samoiluk “threw stones at the police during the riots.” In that publication on the same channel they also posted photographs: in one picture there are two people in hoods and masks, one holding a Ukrainian flag, the second a sheet of paper with the text “Brest residents with Ukraine.”
A 19 year old boy was convicted for messages in telegram chats that he left in February of this year. Presumably, such messages in the group chat were the guy's reaction to the war that began with the armed forces of Russia in Ukraine, including from the territory of Belarus.

Ruslan was first detained on August 10, 2020, during a protest in Brest against falsifications in the presidential elections. After a brutal beating, he was hospitalized and then sentenced to 7 days of administrative arrest. A criminal case was later opened against him, but he left the country during the investigation.
Upon returning to Belarus, Ruslan attempted to cross the border into the European Union, but was detained. In November 2021, he was convicted of participating in “mass riots.”
In July 2024, he was convicted again, this time for “malicious disobedience to the demands of the administration of a correctional institution.” This article is used to try prisoners who refuse to cooperate with the administration, based on fictitious violations.
Vitaly was detained and in the fall of 2024 found guilty of "participation in mass riots" and sentenced to imprisonment.
On December 13, 2025, he was released following a visit to Minsk by US President Donald Trump's special representative, John Cole, and taken to Ukraine.
