He was identified by photographs he took at the protest and posted on VKontakte. He fully admitted his guilt. The prosecutor filed a lawsuit against Andrei against Minsktrans seeking damages in the amount of 86,515 rubles. The lawsuit was heard as a civil case, and the exact amount of compensation awarded is unknown.
In December 2024, a court hearing was held to consider replacing Andrei's restricted freedom with a prison sentence. The outcome, as well as his presence at the hearing, are unknown.

According to the materials of the prosecution , on August 16, 2020, Valeria Sokol took part in an unsanctioned mass event in the center of Minsk. In court, Valeria admitted her guilt in full and indicated to the court that on August 16 and 30, 2020, she took part in unauthorized mass events that took place in Minsk, which she learned about from social networks.
