Former presidential candidate, detained in a criminal case.
Andrey Dmitriev is the co — founder and co-chairman of the «Govori pravdu» association.
In 2021, the association «Govori pravdu» was searched, after which the current account of the organization were blocked, and the office was sealed. On August 12, 2021, Dmitriev was detained for a short time, but then released.
The man was detained again on January 11, 2023 and put in the pre-trial detention center «SIZO -1». The Investigative Committee reported that Dmitriev participated in the post-election protests of 2020, therefore he became a suspect under Article 342 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
On April 20, 2024, he was released after fully serving the sentence imposed by the court.
1.5 years of imprisonment in a penal colony.
In October 2022, the entire Koryakin family was detained: musician brothers Dmitry and Vladimir, their mother Olga and father Yuri. The detention of Yuri and his wife became known only on January 20, 2023. Previously, only the detention of the brothers was reported. Yuri had a stroke in the TDF, and now he is at home. The rest of the family members are kept in the pre-trial detention center on Volodarsky. Presumably, the trial of all four will take place at the end of January.

Before his arrest, Sergei worked as a history teacher at Minsk School No. 30. The man graduated from the history department of the Belarusian State University and from his school years was fond of studying history. According to human rights activists, Oksana was detained at the end of December 2022.
She was a member of the core team of the Coordination Council. In June 2021, she was detained during the premiere of the production “White Rabbit, Red Rabbit” and was released after drawing up a report. In May 2021, her apartment was searched.
Oksana was tried together with political prisoner Bohdan Korovets , founder of the Astronim company and the White Square advertising and marketing festival.
Oksana Zaretskaya’s father has health problems, Bogdan is raising a child with a disability.
According to human rights activists, Oksana felt unwell after the verdict was announced and was hospitalized. The woman spent at least three days in a coma, and after some time she was returned to Volodarka. The pre-trial detention center doctors did not provide proper medical care to Zaretskaya, and did not even take valerian for her in the packages from her relatives.
On April 10, 2024, she was released after fully serving the sentence imposed by the court.

One of the most prominent Belarusian-language bloggers of the 2000s and a former activist. He was arrested for participating in protests in 2020.
Ivan was detained on January 5, 2023, received 13 days of administrative arrest, and was charged with a criminal offense on January 18.
On April 17, 2024 , he was released, having fully served the sentence imposed by the court.
In June 2025, it became known that Ivan had been arrested again, this time for a comment under Article 368 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
In March 2026, he was released , having fully served his sentence.
The man was accused of participating in Minsk protests several times, going out onto the roadway of Independence Avenue, which blocked the movement of public transport. The court ruling separately notes that Dmitry was photographed on the roadway with the national flag. The man was identified from photographs and videos from the protests, which the security forces found on his mobile phone.
Dmitry has a secondary special education, worked as an individual entrepreneur.

According to the materials of the prosecution, during the Sunday protest action in September 2020 in Minsk, Artem and Svetlana Shafransky took an active part in group actions that grossly violate public order and are associated with a clear disobedience to the lawful demands of police officers on Pobediteley Avenue. Artem and Svetlana fully recognized their guilt in court.

She's a Pensioner. She was detained on November 26, 2022 for participating in protest actions. At first, she was convicted on an administrative case for 11 days, but after her arrest, the woman was never released.
