Evgeniy and Olga Prudnikovs were found guilty under Art. 342 of the Criminal Code. During one of the peaceful meetings, they allegedly went out onto the roadway, thereby obstructing the movement of traffic and causing damage to Minsktrans. They are outside Belarus and were not present at the trial. They were put on the wanted list on December 21, 2022. At the trial, their testimony, which they gave as witnesses in another case in August 2022, was read out. Then they talked about their participation in the Marches on August 16 and 30, 2020.

The evidence in the case was photographs from Facebook of Olga Prudnikova with Marsha, testimony of witnesses who allegedly confirmed “the fact of the existence of an initial agreement with the accused to jointly participate in unsanctioned mass events in the central part of Minsk.”

Alexander is an architect and guitarist for the band Awakening Our Memories. He was arrested on August 2, 2022, for reposting a video from the ByPol YouTube channel on VKontakte titled "Roman Bondarenko. The Prosecutor General's Office is Concealing the Murderers." He was sentenced to 10 days of administrative arrest, but was not released after serving his sentence. A criminal case was opened against him under the article "Organization and preparation of actions grossly violating public order, or active participation therein."

In November 2022, Alexander was found guilty and sentenced to restricted freedom and sent to an open-type institution.

She is a lawyer, graduated from the Belarusian State University. Has experience as a legal adviser, notary, chief specialist of the Ministry of Justice. In the United Civil Party since 2002. She worked in the Executive Committee of the UCP, headed the Commission on Legal Issues of the National Committee of the UCP for two years. In 2012, she was elected deputy Chairman of the United Civic Party. Then she resigned from this position.

She was detained along with other party leaders on July 27, 2022. According to the prosecution, Kozlov, Kovaleva and Alekseeva on August 23, 2020 publicly shouted slogans, loudly applauded, were on the roadway, which blocked and hindered the movement of transport in Minsk, including the city passenger transport «Minsktrans».
