According to the prosecution, Vadim Petrovsky in August 2020, “acting jointly and in concert with a group of people with other persons unidentified during the investigation, took an active part in the indicated group actions, grossly violating public order and associated with clear disobedience to the demands of police officers, to stop the above actions ..."
At the trial, Vadim Petrovsky admitted guilt.
From the verdict it became known that photographs and videos from his phones, recovered during the search, became evidence of the man’s guilt. 15 videos and four photographs from a protest rally in August 2020 were found in the phone’s memory.
