Detained on October 19, 2020 and sentenced to 3 years in prison and sent to an open correctional facility for participating in a protest. At the beginning of February 2022, Artem escaped from the chemical treatment facility, but was later arrested again.
On April 21, 2022, the court considered the case “about transfer to a different type of correctional facility and changing the conditions of the regime” and decided to place Artem in a colony for 9 months.

The defendant in the case of July 14, 2020, when protesters defended themselves from riot police, was convicted on December 31, 2020. In November 2021, he was transferred to prison regime. The appeal was considered on March 26, 2021, and the verdict came into force.
On March 28, 2024, he was released after fully serving the sentence imposed by the court.
4 years imprisonment under strict security conditions
He was convicted of resisting during the protest on September 20, 2020 in Minsk. According to the prosecution, he hit three riot police officers while lying down.
He was released in the winter of 2023 after serving the full sentence imposed by the court.

He was convicted of blocking transport during a protest on August 10, 2020 in Minsk.
On January 24, 2024, he was released after fully serving the sentence imposed by the court.
3 years of imprisonment with transfer to an open correctional facility
A protest participant was convicted of removing the balaclava from a riot police officer.
In September 2021, the court decided to change Natalya’s regime to prison.
On February 18, 2022, she was released thanks to the efforts of the Swiss authorities.
2.5 years of imprisonment under strict security conditions
He was detained on October 4, 2020 after the “March for the Liberation of Political Prisoners” and convicted of participating in protests.
On September 18, 2023, he was released after fully serving the sentence imposed by the court.
3 years imprisonment with transfer to an open institution
Detained and convicted for the events that occurred on September 13, 2020 during the “March of Heroes” protest in Minsk. Ivan was accused of damaging a company car and assaulting riot police officers. He pleaded guilty only to damaging the vehicle.
Released in June 2023 after fully serving the sentence imposed by the court.
3 years imprisonment in a general regime colony
He was detained and convicted for participating in protests that took place in August 2020, as well as for publications in the “Drivers 97%” telegram channel.
In the summer of 2023, he was released after fully serving the sentence imposed by the court.
3 years of imprisonment with transfer to an open correctional facility
Citizen of Ukraine. Mikhail was detained on September 16, 2020 and placed in a temporary detention center on Okrestina, where he was held for seven months. Then he was charged under Art. 342 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus for participation in protests.
He was released upon expiration of his sentence on December 16, 2023 and was immediately detained and placed in a temporary detention center in Mogilev. He was released on February 1, 2024 and was forced to immediately leave Belarus.
3 years imprisonment in a general regime colony
An architect who took part in an action in memory of Roman Bondarenko on Change Square on November 15, 2020, was detained and severely beaten. As a result, Vadim was hospitalized with various injuries.
The man did not admit his guilt and stated that he considered participation in this event his civic duty. He was convicted under Article 342 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
3 years of imprisonment with transfer to an open correctional facility
Before his arrest, Vitaly worked in a private medical laboratory. He was interested in airsoft, military history, science fiction and motorcycle riding. He was detained early in the morning at home on November 17, 2020. Charged under Art. 293 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.

Detained on October 15, 2020. Evgeniy was charged under Articles 342 and 364 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus. Convicted for participating in protests.
