Craftswoman, artist and writer from Polotsk.
Human rights activists are aware of several facts of administrative prosecution of Nelly Alferova. The woman spoke about some of them in one of her video messages to Lukashenko and senior government officials in 2021; the details of others were clarified in the courts.
In 2020, the Polotsk resident was an observer in the presidential elections. At that time, the security forces already had special records of her.
At the end of 2021, the woman decided to leave Belarus with her son. In the videos, she talked about the problems she had to face in emigration. The host of the program on the pro-government TV channel "Zvyazda" thanked Alferova for her sincerity and invited her to return home as soon as possible. Belarusian emigrant acquaintances offered the woman both practical and financial help. But she refused and at the same time “looked depressed, broken.” The woman indeed soon returned to Belarus.
At the end of 2023, texts criticizing the current Belarusian authorities periodically appeared on the pages of Nelly Alferova. And at the same time, the woman wrote that she was being secretly stalked, that she found hidden video cameras in her apartment...
Also on the Polotsk resident’s social networks, you can see many reposts from Internet resources recognized as “extremist.” Probably the police noticed this and detained Nellie.
Compulsory security and treatment measures applied
In a video on a pro-government channel dated May 30, detainee Yuriy Kaputsky “admits” to distributing “extremist materials”, registered in the chatbot of the “Victory” plan and posted a post on his Instagram with the exclamation “Glory to Ukraine! Glory!"
Presumably, a criminal case was opened against Yuri.
Two brothers - Pavel and Vladimir Dzhezhor, and the wife of one of them - Elena Nedbalskaya were accused of participating in three protests in 2020 (one of the brothers - in four) blocking the road. The verdict notes that they took part in the actions “for the purpose of publicly expressing their socio-political views and protest through illegal means, conducting destructive activities, aimed, among other things, at aggravating tension in society.”
At the trial, all three admitted guilt. From the case materials, it is known that they were identified from video recordings and photographs from the roadway at protest rallies.
Elena and one of the brothers were held on bail in the amount of 12,000 rubles before the trial. It is known that the woman has dependent young children.

Before the trial, the woman was under recognizance not to leave the place.
According to the investigation , Tatyana Chekel, while intoxicated at her place of residence, “deliberately and publicly expressed a phrase containing a negative assessment of Alexander Lukashenko, expressed in an indecent, offensive form.”
In the presence of a police patrol, which was called by a pensioner whose mobile phone had disappeared, the woman insulted Lukashenko. The woman’s partner heard this phrase and testified against her in court.

Deputy director of the pink zebra event agency. In the “repentance video,” the man “ admits ” that he twice participated in post-election protests. In his post, GUBOPiK referred to the pro-Russian activist Bondareva - it was she who wrote a denunciation against the detainee on her channel.
