She was detained under administrative article 19.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus (Petty hooliganism), sentenced to 30 days on October 31, after which she was not released and was again detained, presumably under a criminal article for donations.

It is also known that Tatyana was detained in June 2021 because white-red-white stickers were found in her bag. According to the protocol , Tatyana “during the preventive conversation, screamed loudly, waved her arms, used obscene language, jumped out of her chair, and did not react to the remark made to stop illegal actions.” Tatyana, in turn, denied this through tears, because, in her words, “she had never sworn in her life.”

Programmer from Brest. Recently I lived in Poland. Detained after arriving in Belarus. On November 8, 2023, a telegram channel close to the Brest GUBOP released a “repentance video” with a man, where he said that he was detained for “numerous offensive comments.”

Solomiyuk was tried under Part 1 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus for publicly insulting A. Lukashenko. Before the trial, the man was also charged with Article 369 of the Criminal Code (insulting government officials), but due to the expired statute of limitations, this article was removed. As a result, the man was tried for several online comments that negatively assessed Lukashenko.

On April 23, 2024, an appeal hearing was held and the verdict came into force.

Trial outcome 14.02.2024: 2 years of imprisonment in colony under general regime conditions.

Appeal 23.04.2024: the sentence was upheld.
