In court, he explained that police officers came to his home to conduct an investigation, allegedly based on a statement received in his name. He did not allow police officers into the apartment and spoke to them from the balcony. He recorded the conversation and recorded the actions of the police officers, accompanying the video with his own statements containing a negative assessment of these officers with words of obscene language.
