She is a native of Ukraine, but has citizenship of the Republic of Belarus. On May 16, 2023, she was convicted of participating in protests.
On June 29, 2024, she was released, having fully served the sentence imposed by the court.
Trial outcome 16.05.2023: 1 year 6 months of imprisonment in colony under general regime conditions.
Appeal 28.07.2023: the sentence was upheld.
The political prisoner was accused of filming the movement of Belarusian military equipment on his phone on March 18, 2022 in the Ivatsevichi region and sending the video to one of the telegram groups recognized as “extremist” materials. Andrei fully admitted his guilt and repented of his actions.
The man’s mobile phone was seized as a “means of committing a crime.”
Trial outcome 04.09.2023: 2 years 6 months of imprisonment in colony under general regime conditions.
Appeal 03.11.2023: the sentence was upheld.
On March 14, 2023, the security forces published a penitential video with Ivan, where he says that he was detained for registering with the Peramog Plan and for distributing extremist materials. The court decision was 7 days of administrative arrest, in total Ivan was 10 days in the temporary detention facility.
Previously, he worked as a medical forensic expert, presumably because of which he attracted special attention from the special services.

Detained on March 29, 2023, allegedly for participating in protests. The apartment was searched by the KGB officers. Oleg first spent several weeks in the KGB pre-trial detention center, then for an examination at the Republican Scientific and Practical Center for Mental Health, and now he has been transferred to pre-trial detention center-1 (SIZO-1).
Earlier, Oleg was repeatedly detained on political charges. In all cases, as a sign of protest, Oleg announced and held a dry hunger strike.
Vladislav was accused of participating in a Minsk protest in 2020 and entering the roadway. He fully admitted his guilt and repented of his actions.
Vladislav’s detention was changed from detention to a written undertaking not to leave the place and was released from the courtroom. The man worked as a 4th category mechanic in an open joint stock company.

Tatyana is 52 years old. She worked as a producer of the information broadcasting directorate of STV. Detained together with her daughter for participating in the 2020 protests.

According to the case materials , in February 2022, she posted a comment that "insulted and humiliated the honor and dignity" of Podvoisky, Melnik, and Kozlov and "was aimed at undermining the authority of government officials." After the publication of a video on the CyberSlivy Telegram channel with a leaked telephone conversation between Podvoisky, Melnik, and Kozlov from September 2020, which became evidence that the police were telling judges what decisions to make for participants in peaceful protests. More than two dozen people left comments under it, including Ekaterina Lev. Ekaterina was detained a year later - on February 1, 2023.
Released on August 20, 2024, after being pardoned.
