In June 2023, it became known that an additional charge had been brought under Article 361-2 for one donation of 10 USD to a fund that was later recognized as extremist by the court.
The court issued a sentence of 3 years' imprisonment, but the appellate court replaced the imprisonment with a restriction of freedom with direction.
He was released at the end of May 2025, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.
On 23.04.2024, Dmitry will have a trial to change the regime to a stricter one, he will most likely be sent to a penal colony. According to human rights activists, he will be released in mid-December 2024.

Dmitry was charged under three articles of the Criminal Code for Telegram comments about Alexander Lukashenko, Natalia Kachanova, and Russians. State television aired a video about the verdict. In it, the prosecutor explains the essence of the charge: that the comment about Russians constituted an "ethnic insult."

In early October 2022, unknown individuals hung a white-red-white flag and a Ukrainian flag on a power line support in the Moscow district of the capital. The next day, a post appeared on Anton Motolko's Telegram channel with a photo of the flag and the caption: "Minsk residents congratulate the Ukrainian people on the wonderful news from the Crimean bridge. Crimea is Ukraine! Long live Belarus! Glory to Ukraine!" During operational and investigative activities, police officers detained six Minsk residents aged 34 to 36 who allegedly did this. Including Igor.
As propagandist Gladkaya writes, since September 2020, Igor Tikach has left more than three thousand messages in one of the extremist yard chats.
Gladkaya also notes that Savelyev and Tikach allegedly wanted to get visas, renewed their passports, and Igor was already waiting for a call from the Polish consulate. Igor has two minor children and a wife who has serious health problems at large.
On September 14, 2023, the appeal was heard. The verdict came into force.

According to the Investigative Committee for the Mogilev Region, Ruslan forwarded the video to the VKontakte public group DVIZH, which is designated as "extremist" by the Belarusian authorities. Zhanna was arrested on May 11, 2023, right at School No. 63, where she had come to meet her child's teacher. In October of that year, she was convicted on several criminal charges, including "inciting hatred."
According to media reports, during the 2020 protests, police detained her on administrative charges.
According to human rights activists, Zhanna was expected to be released in the winter of 2026.
A research fellow at the Institute of Genetics and Cytology of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Belarus and a trade union activist, Kondratyuk is accused of posting negative comments on social media that discredited the government and insulted Alexander Lukashenko.
The activist was detained along with several employees of the Institute of Genetics and Cytology of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Belarus on September 5, 2022. He received 13 days of administrative arrest but was never released.
The appeal was heard on July 11, 2023. The verdict entered into force.

Gennady was accused of leaving offensive comments on a telegram channel in January 2022 under a photo with representatives of Lukashenko’s government.

Water polo coach. Rodion was tried for participating in one of the peaceful marches in Minsk. The man pleaded guilty and said that he moved with the crowd, including along the roadway.
Convicted for reposting a picture showing a tombstone with a portrait of Lukashenko. For such "willfulness", Alexandra was found guilty of "insulting Lukashenko". The sentence was handed down by Judge Alesya Parfenenko. Alexandra will serve her sentence in a general regime.
During the trial, the defendant said that she found the text under the aforementioned picture funny, so she gave it a "like" and reposted it.

According to human rights activists , the son of politician Anatoly Lebedko is accused of financing extremist activities. Artem was detained in late March and subsequently sentenced to two 15-day arrests, after which he was charged and transferred to Pretrial Detention Center No. 1.
According to the prosecution, in 2020, "motivated by ideological hatred," Lebedko made several money transfers over the phone using a bank account to three foundations designated as "extremist groups." The funds were reportedly transferred through the payment system of the popular social network Facebook. These foundations allegedly include BY_help and the Belarusian Sports Solidarity Foundation.
At the trial, the political prisoner did not admit guilt and stated that he did not at all understand the essence of the charges brought against him and did not understand why he was in the dock.
On October 31, 2023, the appeal was heard and the verdict came into force.
In July 2026, he was released , having fully served his sentence.
Denis was charged with "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or actively participating in them" and was sentenced in April 2023 to a restricted freedom sentence. According to the charges, on the night of August 9-10, 2020, Denis, along with others, actively violated public order, disobeyed police orders, walked onto the roadway, and obstructed public transportation.
