Viktor Lameko, a businessman from Zelva, was brutally detained and beaten during his arrest. Initially, he was charged under Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus (dissemination of extremist materials). Without even allowing Lameko to leave the courthouse, security forces detained him again and again charged him under Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus. Alexander was charged with writing two comments under publications on the Belarus of the Brain Telegram channel. One message was written on February 24, 2022, under the news that Russian troops were entering Ukraine from Belarus. On April 21, 2023, Vladimir was tried in the Central District Court of Minsk and sentenced to four years of restricted freedom in an open correctional facility (called a "chemistry" facility) and a fine of 200 basic units (7,400 rubles). Vladimir managed to partially serve his sentence.

Several months later, Vladimir was re-arrested at a "chemistry" facility to increase his sentence. He has been in custody since July 10, 2023.

Vladimir was accused of leaving an offensive comment on July 5, 2021, referring to a police major with the Ivanovo District Executive Committee's Internal Affairs Directorate (IDD) as "scum" on the "Punishermen of Belarus" Telegram channel. In 2020, he began writing critical messages about the situation with the presidential elections in Belarus in a group with about 6 thousand participants. According to the case materials , on February 27, 2022, 36-year-old Dmitry, during the republican referendum, was at the polling station, allegedly in a state of intoxication, having received a ballot, he wrote an obscene inscription on it addressed to the head of state. Then, without putting the ballot in the ballot box, the accused presented it unfolded to members of the commission, thereby disrupting the work of the polling station.

An inscription was found on the ballot: “Lukashenko and Putin...”; “Lukashenko and Putin...” in a perverted form.
