Only the next day a post appeared on Anton Mot’s Telegram channel with a photo of the flag and the caption: “Minsk residents congratulate the Ukrainian people on the wonderful news from the Crimean bridge. Crime is Ukraine! Long live Belarus! Glory to Ukraine!” During operational search activities, police officers detained six Minsk residents aged 34 to 36 years who allegedly did this. In October 2023, it became known that at IUOT-39 Yuri was under pressure from the administration of the institution, and he was given 4 penalties. On October 25, 2023, the Krupsky District Court made a decision to tighten the regime. Yuri from IUOT was sent to serve the remainder of his sentence in a colony.

Natalia Zhlobo works as a senior lecturer in the Department of Foreign Literature of the Faculty of English at Moscow State Linguistic University.

Valery is accused of treason against the state. In December 2022, the Belarus 1 TV channel released a film about KGB counterintelligence, which told about Belarusians and citizens of other countries who are accused of working for foreign intelligence services. Valery Romanovsky was called "the former head of the air reconnaissance service" in the film. The story of Belarus 1 says that during the service, a relative from Lithuania "brought" the suspect to agents of the state security department of the country. For them, Romanovsky photographed official documents, and once handed over to the special services data on the construction of the BelNPP, the film says.

According to the prosecution, in 2020, “for motives of ideological hostility,” using the account of one of the banks, he made several money transfers over the phone to three funds that were recognized as “extremist formations.” It is reported that the funds were transferred through the payment system of the popular social network Facebook. Presumably, we are talking about, among other things, the BY_help funds and the Belarusian Sports Solidarity Fund.

At the trial, the political prisoner did not admit his guilt and stated that he did not understand the essence of the charges and did not understand why he was in the dock.

Dmytro Gudik was convicted under Article 358-1 of the Criminal Code (intelligence activity). He is a citizen of Ukraine. Mikhail Stolyarchuk, his uncle, was also tried in this criminal case. According to the prosecution, they had been collecting data on military equipment and facilities in Belarus on behalf of the Security Service of Ukraine since 2018. Igor Dirko was also detained with them, but instead of being prosecuted, he was expelled from Belarus.
