On December 9, 2023, a court in Omsk remanded Sergei in custody until January 30, 2024, on charges of blowing up trains carrying oil products in the Severomuysky Tunnel on November 29 and 30. The train, carrying 41 fuel tankers, three aviation fuel tanks, and six cars carrying ferrous metal, first caught fire. Later, a freight train traveling along a bypass route was blown up. As a result, the fuel spilled over an area of 150 square meters—four fuel tankers were completely destroyed, and two more were damaged. According to the FSB, Yeremeyev "confessed to working under the control of Ukrainian special services." The tunnel explosions were classified as a terrorist attack.

According to Russian state media, Yeremeyev claimed he wanted to interfere with the delivery of military supplies: "I wrote in my explanation that ammunition was currently being transported across the Baikal-Amur Mainline. The main goal was to impede traffic."

Sergey participated in the nationwide strike at Naftan in November 2020, which he publicly stated and even sent a statement to Tikhanovsky's movement. "Sergey tried to resolve everything peacefully. Maybe he was tired of nothing being resolved... in the video, even though his face was painted over, I recognized him immediately," an acquaintance of Yeremeyev said . According to investigators, in November 2023, Yeremeyev secretly transported explosive devices across the Russian border in his vehicle and arrived in Buryatia. The court ruled that the detonation of the explosive devices planted by Yeremeyev caused property damage to the victims, related to the destruction and damage of tank cars and railway equipment, amounting to over 100,000,000 rubles ($1.2 million), as well as other serious consequences in the form of disruption of the operation of a federal transport highway.

The court sentenced Yeremeyev to 22 years in prison, with the first five years to be served in a maximum-security penal colony, and a fine of 1,000,000 rubles. Yeremeyev's vehicle was ordered confiscated. The court also upheld the victims' civil claims against Yeremeyev for damages totaling over 60,000,000 rubles ($744,000), which were ordered to be recovered from the convicted person.

On February 6, 2024, an appeal hearing was held and the verdict came into force.

Originally from Vitebsk , he studied in Gomel but most recently lived in Grodno. An engineer by profession, he most recently worked as a systems administrator at Whitebird. According to his social media accounts, he lived in Warsaw.

He is also a radio amateur and a member of the Belarusian Federation of Radio Amateurs and Radio Sportsmen.

According to the indictment, Yevgeny Kladov posted an image on his profile wall on the social network Odnoklassniki that contradicts universal morality and accepted social norms of behavior, thereby publicly and intentionally humiliating Lukashenko's honor and dignity in connection with the exercise of his powers, expressed in an indecent manner. At the court hearing, Kladov essentially pleaded not guilty.

It is known that Evgeniy was not released after serving his first sentence, but was charged with new offenses, declared a "terrorist," and convicted again.

According to the prosecution , Alexander Goncharov transferred funds through a bank transfer to finance the activities of the “Kastus Kalinovsky Regiment.”

The man was detained after 2021. Botvich was charged with two counts: "espionage" and "intelligence activity." The man in question is a 59-year-old man who, although not a Belarusian citizen, grew up and lived in Belarus. He is Sergei Ivanovich Botvich, the owner of companies with a combined turnover of hundreds of thousands of dollars, some of which were registered in the EU.

Sergei has done business in Belarus, Russia, France, and Lithuania (and holds citizenship in these countries )—primarily in tourism and wholesale coal exports from Eastern Europe to the Baltic and Western European countries. During the "fat years," Botvich's companies generated several hundred thousand dollars annually. In 2014, Botvich participated in a project to build a charcoal plant near the Svisloch River. Another major project of his was the purchase of the Bogudenki estate near the Svisloch River for $30,000.

"I was kept in solitary confinement for a year and a half, subjected to 10-hour cross-examinations, and deprived of food and water due to chronic illnesses—diabetes, post-thrombotic syndrome, hypertension, and gout," Botvich describes the conditions in his letter. According to him, Belarusian security forces wanted him to "incriminate himself about alleged espionage activities for Lithuania." He also wrote in the letter that the security services threatened his family, demanding that his wife and child come to Belarus and bring Sergei's work phone.

Former prisoners reported that Botvich works in the open air at the prison, performing low-skilled labor in all weather conditions, sawing boards with a two-handed saw or stripping wires and cables for non-ferrous metal. There is no building in the industrial zone where prisoners can hide or even temporarily warm themselves in the winter—the room where they change clothes is locked until evening.

People who were imprisoned in the same colony as Botvich speak of his poor health.

Yarmoshuk was first detained in this case on March 23, 2023, and was held for three days. Then they released him, but on June 11, 2023 they detained him again and took him into custody.

According to the indictment, on March 1, 2022, Yarmoshuk downloaded several files from the ItArmy of Ukraine website that allow DDoS attacks. Then he launched the program on his computer “at least 8 times,” which “broke the protection system against DDoS attacks” and “the operation of unidentified Internet resources of the Russian Federation was disrupted.” Thus, according to the state prosecution, Yarmoshuk “used malicious, potentially dangerous programs.” Also on August 19, 2020, Yarmoshuk transferred about $60 to the BySOL initiative via Facebook. 7 months later (March 12, 2021), the Belarusian authorities recognized the BySOL Foundation as an “extremist formation.” The fact that at the time of the money transfer BySOL was not an “extremist formation” does not bother the state prosecution.
