Alena Busheva also decided to apply “compulsory security measures and treatment for chronic alcoholism and drug addiction” to Alexey at the place where he was serving his sentence.
At the time of his arrest, Alexey Maltsev had an outstanding criminal record and was serving a sentence of restriction of freedom without being sent to the Penitentiary Labor Inspectorate: 2 months and 3 days remained before the expiration of the term at the time of arrest.

Investigators also found Lepeshev's correspondence on the Discuss and Ask portals, where he wrote, for example, such phrases as "a good Muscovite is a dead Muscovite." For this, a criminal case was opened against Lepeshev for inciting ethnic hatred.
