According to the prosecution, she publicly insulted a government official in order to undermine the authority of state bodies. The examination considered her words a negative assessment. In June 2021, Olga was found guilty under the article "violation of equality of citizens" for refusing to rent an apartment to the assistant prosecutor of the Frunzensky district of Minsk, Alina Kasyanchik. She was sentenced to restriction of freedom.
Viktor was first detained on September 27, 2020, during one of the protests in Gomel. In the detention center, he was informed that a criminal case had been opened for "resisting police officers." The case was soon closed, but the prosecutor's office sent it for additional investigation, as a result of which the charges were reclassified. Viktor was taken into custody again on June 17, 2021.
In September of the same year, he was found guilty of “violence or threat of violence against a police officer” and sentenced to three years’ imprisonment in a general regime penal colony.
In April 2022, the court additionally found him guilty of "participation in actions that grossly violate public order" and sentenced him to another year and a half in prison. By partially adding up the sentences, the final term was 3.5 years in a maximum security penal colony.
According to human rights activists, he was released in the fall of 2024, having fully served his sentence.
Tatyana was convicted for calling Vitaly Stasyukevich, deputy head of the public order protection department of the Grodno Regional Executive Committee Internal Affairs Directorate, a "hateful bastard" in the Grodno 97% Telegram channel. This statement was classified as an insult to a government official. Tatyana was sentenced to restriction of freedom without being sent to a correctional facility and was ordered to pay moral compensation to the "victim."

Maxim was convicted for a comment left on Instagram under a post with a photograph of the senior inspector of the mass events department of the Main Directorate of Internal Affairs of the Minsk City Executive Committee, police lieutenant colonel Dmitry Krotov.

Sergei was convicted of tearing down the state flag, which was attached to the entrance to the Baranovichi City Housing and Communal Services building on May 24, 2021, according to the Supreme Court, breaking the flagpole in the process.

Alexey, a former senior investigator, was part of Valery Tsepkalo's team during the 2020 election campaign. In June 2021, he was arrested in connection with a case of "group actions grossly violating public order." Searches were conducted at his place of work and in his apartment, and equipment was seized at work.
In October of the same year, Alexey was found guilty of participating in protests that took place in Minsk on August 16, 23, 30 and September 6, 2020. According to investigators, he joined a group of protesters, clapped his hands, shouted slogans and obstructed traffic.
He was released in August 2022, having fully served his sentence.
Artem, the director of a private printing house, was detained in May 2021 and subsequently convicted on charges of producing and distributing protest printed materials (leaflets, stickers, newspapers), as well as participating in Sunday marches that took place in Minsk in August–September 2020.
According to human rights activists, he was released in October 2024, having fully served his sentence imposed by the court.

Piotr, an activist of the Belarusian Social Democratic Party, was detained in June 2021 and convicted for participating in a protest that took place on August 9, 2020, in Zhlobin, against the falsification of the results of the presidential elections.

Svetlana was convicted in March 2021 under the article for "participation in group actions that grossly violate public order." According to the prosecution, she took an active part in unauthorized mass protests on August 16 and 23, as well as September 6, 2020. During the protests, she clapped her hands, went out onto the roadway and, as alleged, interfered with the movement of public transport on Nemiga, Volodarsky, Lenin Streets and Independence Avenue, thereby violating public order.
According to human rights activists, Svetlana was released in June 2023 after serving her full sentence.

Jan was convicted of participating in a peaceful protest on September 6, 2020, in Grodno. He was accused of forming a chain of vehicles, calling on others to join the unauthorized event, and throwing an unidentified object towards police officers. He pleaded not guilty.
According to human rights activists, Yan was released in the winter of 2024, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.
