In the spring, during a search, the pensioner’s computer was confiscated, where Vladimir’s poems were found. Experts came to the conclusion that some lines may contain an insult to Alexander Lukashenko.
During the court hearing, Tolkach became ill, an ambulance was called, which took him to the hospital. But the trial resumed a few hours later.

Diana, who works as a pedicurist, left comments under photos and videos of Lukashenko in several Telegram chats and channels in October and November 2020, which the court considered offensive.
In addition, Diana commented on publications about the ex-head of the GUBOPiK Nikolai Karpyankov, Chairman of the Council of the Republic Natalya Kachanova, ex-Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei and KGB Chairman Ivan Tertel.
There are a total of 21 episodes in the court ruling. Diana Orlova admitted her guilt.

According to the prosecution , Nikita Dobrovolsky on Independence Avenue in Minsk “blocked and obstructed the path of vehicles, as a result of which his actions caused a disruption in the operation of transport, thereby causing material damage to Minsktrans in the amount of 22,500 rubles 66 kopecks.”
At the trial, Nikita admitted guilt and confirmed that he really took part in the protest and moved along the roadway. The evidence in the case was a photo from the man’s phone, as well as a beige coat, which he wore at the march and was captured in the photo.
Before the trial, the man was held on bail in the amount of 8,000 rubles.

Vasily was detained in mid-February 2024 and was under a written undertaking not to leave the country until his trial.
According to the case materials, during the period from 10.08 to 20.10 on August 16, 2020, he took part in the Freedom March, "being on the territory of Minsk, including on the roadway and sidewalks of Independence and Masherov Avenues, Sverdlova and Moskovskaya Streets, Vasily Los violated public order, interfered with the operation of public transport, and did not respond to calls to stop illegal actions."
Also, during an inspection of his Telegram channel, calls for participation in unauthorized mass events were discovered.

According to the prosecution , Romalda put a “class” mark in Odnoklassniki under the image in the “Long Live Belarus” group. A 60-year-old pensioner was accused of slandering A. Lukashenko.
